We will only admit „the best“ people to our interim manager pool. Otherwise, we would not be able to deliver on our promise to solve critical business challenges quickly and thoroughly.

All applicants are first invited to extensive face-to-face interviews. Here we focus on substantiated professional experience and on interpersonal and leadership qualities. Only then, admission into our interim manager pool will take place.

Our expert interim managers are free-lance professionals, not consultants or permanent managers with REM PLUS. They have got the drive and mental strength to fully identify with the agreed objectives and tackle all hurdles along the way. They are subject matter experts and have the necessary methodological skills to absorb new situations quickly and immediately start to take responsibility. Our interim managers stand out with their professional acumen and exemplary ways of working.

If you’re interested in working as an interim manager and in becoming a part of our network, please first send us your full CV. We will then follow up with clearly defined steps, potentially leading to your admission into the REM PLUS interim manager pool.
After review and evaluation of your CV documents we will get back to you with a first assessment on your general prospects for becoming a member of the interim management pool.

As the next key milestone, we will invite you to a face-to-face interview in the course of which we will ascertain your professional and personal qualification to work as an interim manager, detailing together with you your core competencies, strengths and weaknesses.
After admission, should a suitable project become available, we will re-establish contact with you in order to discuss the details of the assignment at hand in a personal conversation.
