Our offering covers recruiting for permanent placement as well as interim management services for executive and high-level specialist vacancies.

Our Approach.

The first step always is a thorough analysis of the situation and the requirements. In a personal conversation with our client we understand the business, the environment and the required profile. On that basis we derive a detailed candidate profile and generate a job description.

Building on this foundation - and in close alignment with you as the client - we develop and execute an appropriatesearch strategy- be it targeted recruitment activities, media placement or querying of our own databases and a REM PLUS network search.

After careful pre-selection, when we have identified a suitable candidate, we will report a summary back to you. Going forward we arrange and conduct job interviews together with you and/or other client representatives. On request we are happy to conduct further assessment activities.

It goes without saying that our service will not abruptly end after a successful placement – be it for you as the client or for the candidate.
